PRODUCT QUALITY & SAFETY POLICY

Responding to the requirements of the modern business reality, aiming at marketing safe products and improving its operation, always aiming at better and faster service to its Customers, it implements a Unified Management System in accordance with the requirements of the International Standards ELOT EN ISO 9001: 2015 and ELOT EN ISO 22000:2018.

The Company’s Integrated Quality and Food Safety Management System covers the Imports – Exports – Wholesale Trade of Fruits and Vegetables at its facilities in the Central Market of Thessaloniki and was designed in accordance with its needs and aspirations and in accordance with the Legal and Regulatory requirements of the applicable Greek and Community Legislation.

The satisfaction and ensuring the trust of the Customers, through the fulfillment of defined quality standards for the safety of the traded food and also the consistency in the service are the basic principles of the company AGROCOMMERCIAL IKE.

Specifically, the Company seeks to:

In addition, the philosophy and values ​​of the AGROCOMMERCIAL IKE Company include the avoidance of burdening the environment, the prudent use of natural resources and the application of hygiene and safety rules.

In order to achieve the above objectives, all the necessary references have been made in the Unified System documentation. The Company’s principles are fulfilled through systematic planning, process control and continuous improvement of all activities.

The Administration is committed to providing the required resources, material and immaterial, to cover the needs, as they arise and are shaped by the existing situations, to the best of its abilities.
